NEW WORKSHOP on Wellbeing Project: How Writing Helps Mental Health

We are bringing back the writing workshops, now as part of the Wellbeing Project, a program designed to support the emotional and mental health of people living with MPNs. Starting this Thursday, October 23rd at 19:00h (CET), join a free one-week experience within the Wellbeing Project, featuring sessions in writing, Qigong, yoga, and mindfulness.

This virtual writing workshop, led by Puy Barral, creative writing facilitator, offers a trusted and inclusive space to listen, write, share, and connect. Through creative expression, participants will discover how writing can help regain strength, process emotions, and transform personal experiences into stories of resilience.

About Puy Barral

After 15 years working as a general and pediatric dentist, Puy Barral decided to explore new paths of self-expression through writing, voice, and mindfulness. She holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness and a Facilitator Training in Women’s Circles, and now leads workshops in creative writing and performance poetry, supporting emotional healing and empowerment through words.

Puy is also an MPN patient, whose own experience has inspired her to help others find calm, connection, and confidence through creativity.
