At the Global MPN Scientific Foundation, we believe in the power of connection. That’s why we created the MPN Wall of Hope, a worldwide awareness initiative brought to life through a simple yet powerful hashtag: #buildhopeMPN.
On this World Hashtag Day, we are honored to introduce you to Montse, a strong and inspiring woman from Spain who has now joined this wall.
A Story of Courage
Two years ago, Montse was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF). Recently, she reached a major milestone in her journey with MPN by undergoing a stem cell transplant.
Thanks to the incredible support of the MPN España community, Montse has never been alone. Very soon, she will begin sharing her own experience through short video capsules, where she opens up about her transplant, her time in the hospital, and her life before and after this transformative step.
